Just a few miles north of The Strip, Las Vegas Motor Speedway sits like a diamond in the desert. For race fans, it is one of the most exciting stops on the schedule. Needless to say, there is plenty in Vegas to fill up your weekend.

Driving Directions

From The Strip:
Follow I-15 North to Exit 54 (Speedway Blvd.). Speedway is about 12 miles north of downtown Las Vegas.

Alternate route is Las Vegas Boulevard North.

From Utah and areas North:
Follow I-15 South to Exit 54 (Speedway Blvd.)

 


Traffic Instructions for the Smith's 350 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series event

Please keep in mind that the event starts at 6:30 p.m. Traffic will be the heaviest from 5:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. LVMS suggests that guests plan on arriving prior to 5:00 p.m. to minimize traffic delays.

Arrival Routes:

Arrival from the Northwest portion of the Las Vegas Valley

LVMS suggests using the C.C. 215 Beltway east to I-15 North. Take I-15 North to exit 54 (Speedway Blvd). Using either of the LEFT two lanes on the exit ramp, travel straight across Speedway Blvd into Blue Lot. Follow the instructions of NHP and the parking attendants to your space.

Arrival from the Las Vegas Strip and the Southwest portion of the Las Vegas Valley

LVMS suggests using I-15 North to exit 54 (Speedway Blvd). Using either of the LEFT two lanes on the exit ramp, travel straight across Speedway Blvd into Blue Lot. Follow the instructions of NHP and the parking attendants to your space.

Arrival from Henderson, Boulder City and the Southeast portion of the Las Vegas Valley

LVMS suggests using 95 North to Las Vegas Blvd. Take Las Vegas Blvd north all the way to LVMS and use Parking Gates 5-6-7 to access Red Lot. Hint: Las Vegas Blvd typically has fewer cars on it for this event.

Arrival from the Northeast portion of the Las Vegas Valley

LVMS suggest using Las Vegas Blvd. Take Las Vegas Blvd north and use Parking Gates 5-6-7 to access Red Lot. Hint: Las Vegas Blvd typically has fewer cars on it for this event.

Arrival from Logandale, Overton, Mesquite and all points north of Las Vegas

Take I-15 South to exit 54 (Speedway Blvd). Turn left at Speedway Blvd and then turn left again into Blue Lot. Follow the instructions of NHP and the parking attendants to your space  


 

Departure Routes:

Departure from Blue Lot – Traffic will be directed south out of parking gates 12-13-14-15 for access to Speedway Blvd. Once on Speedway Blvd you will be directed to I-15 South. The first exit on I-15 South is for access to the C.C. 215 Beltway.

When parking gates 12-13-14-15 become congested, traffic will also be directed out of the rear of Blue Lot. Traffic will depart past the LVMS Dirt Track and across the Dragstrip for access to Speedway Blvd. Once on Speedway Blvd, you will be directed west for access to Las Vegas Blvd. At this point you may travel north or south on Las Vegas Blvd.

Departure from Red Lot – Traffic will be directed out of parking gates 5 and 6 south on Las Vegas Blvd.


 

Shuttle Service Information for NHRA Weekend

 

Coach America Shuttle Bus Information

Coach America will be providing shuttle service from the Treasure Island and Golden Nugget Hotel downtown to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway from Friday, April 16 through Sunday, April 18.


Shuttle hours:

Friday, April 16 - 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
-From Treasure Island and the Golden Nugget.
-Return shuttle begins right after last race/session and runs until 9:30 pm

 Saturday, April 17 - 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.
-
From the Treasure Island and Golden Nugget Hotel to LVMS
-Return shuttle begins right after last race/session and runs until 8 p.m.

 Sunday, April 18 - 7-11 a.m.
-
From the Treasure Island and Golden Nugget Hotel to LVMS
-Return shuttle begins right after last race/session and runs until 6:30 pm

Cost for transportation tickets are:
-$15 per person - one way (single-day pass)
-$25 per person round trip (single-day pass)
-$40 per round trip (three-day pass)
