Key points that wheelchair-bound guests would want to know prior to arrival at LVMS.
1. Keep these numbers with you at all times...702-632-8006 or text to 37686.
- This is the LVMS Fan Assistance Line. The guest service staff will be able to answer your questions and assist you with requests for wheelchair-capable vans to pick you up.
- Please do not request a wheelchair-capable van if you are able to safely board our normal fleet of trams and shuttles.
2. If you are arriving by car.
- Use the far-left lane of exit 54 on Interstate-15, follow directional signs to the handicap parking area.
- Report to either of the Handicap Guest Services tents and board one of the golf cart shuttles for transport to Ticket Gates B or F.
3. If you are arriving by taxi or Coach America bus.
- Report directly to Tram Stop 5 and tell the tram stop attendant you require wheelchair transport.
- Tram Stop 5 is behind the Taxi/Bus Depot under the large red canopy.
- Wait there for the van to arrive.
4. For access to the handicapped seating areas in the grandstands.
- In section 2, use elevator #2 or elevator #7 for access to the handicap seating areas.
- In the Richard Petty Terrace or Dale Earnhardt Terrace, you can use the wheelchair ramp or any of the elevators for access to the handicap seating areas.
- Ushers are there to assist you into your seating area and can also get your wheelchair attendant a folding chair.
5. For access to the Neon Garage or the Infield.
- Report to the Infield Tram Stop located on the south side of the LVMS Ticket Office. Inform the tram stop attendant you require wheelchair transport.
- Wait there for the van to arrive.
6. For access into the Neon Garage.
- Use the Main Neon Garage entry gate in the infield.
- There is a large sign for wheelchair access to the Neon Garage.
- A security guard will escort you and one attendant into the Neon Garage.
7. For access to Upper Viewing Deck in the Neon Garage.
- There are 2 elevators for access to the upper viewing deck located at opposite sides in the center of the Neon Garage.
8. For access to Pit Road.
- From the ground level, report to the NASCAR inspection bays located near the Media Center.
- There is a large sign for wheelchair access to Pit Road.
- A security guard will escort you and one attendant to the walkway that leads to Pit Road.
9. When departing the Neon Garage.
- Report to the Neon Garage Main Entry Gate (where you were dropped off) and inform the security guard that you are ready to return to the grandstands.
- You can call the Fan Assistance Line at 702-632-8006 and request a wheelchair van to pick you up.
